So we took a few months off from paintball and made a few team changes. Grasshopper is no longer with us, Jrock is a new recruit we are working with, and we are looking for a few more good recruits.

Handled a few clean up projects for Charlie at PBC to get ready for the up coming scenario.

   

 

  

Team Rules

1. All team members must attend at least 2 scheduled practices per month (usually 3 or 4).

2. Must attend 3 scenarios per year (depending on the number of events scheduled)

3. All team members must have tactical gear for practices and scenarios (camouflage uniform with patches, radio with head set etc.).

4. Must obtain team compatible radio with head set.

5. Must supply themselves with appropriate marker to be an effective player on the field.

6. Must be able to follow instructions from commanding NCO.

7. All team members must follow paintball and team code of ethics both on and off the field.

    --No blind firing

    --No fighting

    --Respect other teams/players

    --No bragging

    --No wiping

    --No drinking on field (unless field party)

    --No drugs period (unless prescribed)

8. Expected to take age in consideration with the young players (don’t send a rope of paint at a 12-year old standing in the middle of a trail)

9. No excessive bad language both on or off the field especially around younger players

10.All team members are to respect everyone on and off the field no matter of race, religion, sex and sexual comments will not be tolerated

11.If there is a disputed call on Referee and their decision is final on the field. If there is still a problem then call on the Ranking NCO and he can discuss it with the head  Referee. DO NOT keep talking plead your case walk AWAY!

12.NO fighting on or off the field period!

Any violation of these rules can result in up to and including release from the team.

Crusader By-Law

1. Crusader rank structure is based on US Marine Corps.

2. Master Sergeant, who is in-charge of on-field operations and team training.*

3. Gunnery Sergeant, who is in-charge of off-field operations and team money.*

4. Staff Sergeants, who are in-charge of field units

5. Sergeants, personnel who have been on the team for more than 6-months

6. Lance Corporal, personnel who have been on the for less than 6-months

7. Dues are not required at this time. Future team dues will be discussed, as new members are added and the governing rules will be discussed at that time.

8. The cost of all purchased Team items and Team equipment will be divided up evenly between all team members.

9. Matching Team Jerseys will be purchase by each individual member.

10.Discipline will be handle swiftly by either the Master Sergeant or Gunnery Sergeant but dismissal from the team requires agreement between both. Should we use a

     merit system…after 3 merits in a 2-month period they get kick off team?

11.All rules will be reviewed on the anniversary month of the founding of the team in December. Any team member may bring up changes to the rules at this time.

     Rules may be changed or added as required by agreement by both the Master Sergeant and Gunnery Sergeant.

      * Master Sergeant and Gunnery Sergeant will be voted on buy the team every year in December.
