Crusaders Team Layout

There are 3 levels to becoming a Crusader. We do not take applications. Below we will help you understand what the team expects from each level of player as well as what you can expect from the team.

Below are the steps one will have to go through in order to become a Crusader.

Poole Stage-

This is someone interested in joining a team. We have posted our schedule of practices. Try to make it to a few of these and play games with us. If you are constantly showing your face we will notice you. If you are what we are looking for and we are ready for a new recruit then we will approach you and talk to you. From there if you except our offer you move to the next stage as a recruit.

Requirements to become a Poole-

--Has to have been a member of a team (military, police, sports team etc.)

--Can not be a member of another paintball team

--Has to 21 or older

--Has to be functionally stable

Recruit Stage-

This is someone that has accepted an offer from the team and will begin training. This is a minimal 3 month training stage. This gives us time to train you in the tactics needed to be a Crusader. You will be evaluated on how well you work with the team both on and off the field at every practice. As a final step after three months, if your still with the team, you will be required to attend one away scenario with the team. This will be your final test to see you apply all your skills. The team will then take a vote as to if you become a Crusader. 100% approval needed.

Requirements to become a Recruit-

--Approached by the team captain or liaison and accept the offer to try out for our team.
